Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
has appointed 1st June,
2016 on which all matters or proceedings or cases pending before the Board of
Company Law Administration (Company Law Board) shall be transferred to the newly
constituted “National Company Law Tribunal” (NCLT) and it shall dispose of such
matters or proceedings or cases in accordance with the provisions of the
Companies Act, 2013 or the Companies Act, 1956.
MCA

section pertaining to “National Company Law Tribunal" (NCLT) shall come
into force. Further, MCA also notified the Benches of NCLT and their
respective benches with their jurisdiction. The following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :—
