MCA:
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued
circular in respect of relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date
for filing of Form AOC-4 (Form for filing financial statement and other
documents with the Registrar), AOC-4 CFS (Form for filing consolidated financial
statement and other documents with the Registrar) and MGT-7 (Form for filing
Annual return by a Company).
The Ministry has revised the Form AOC-4 and Form
AOC-4 (XBRL), AOC-4 (CFS) are also under revision.
The Ministry has decided to allow Companies to
file Financial Statements and Annual Return on or before 29th
October, 2016 where due date for holding of the Annual General Meeting is
on or after 1st April, 2016, without payment of additional fee.
