Dealing with compliance on matters relating to all issues relating to debt securities, submission of periodical financial and other returns including issues relating to raising of capital, servicing thereof besides related compliances. Dealing with Investors’ Grievance Redressal matters & submission of quarterly returns including  Ensuring conformity with regulatory provisions of securities.
