Revised “Simplified Proforma for
Incorporating Companies Electronically" (SPICe) along with
electronic MoA (SPICe MoA) and electronic AoA (SPICe AoA) will
be available w.e.f 18th October, 2016 for filing purposes.
Stakeholders are requested to use the latest version of SPICe
forms and plan your filing accordingly.

Dear Corporates, to avoid last minute rush
and system congestion on the MCA21 portal on account of Annual
Filings during October / November 2016, Companies are requested
to file their Financials and Annual Return at the earliest
without postponing it to the last days.
