MCA has revised the versions of eForms under Companies Act and LLP Act w.e.f 28th July 2016. The versions of eForms AOC-4 (Form for filing financial statement and other documents with the Registrar), INC-27 (Conversion of public company into private company or private company into public company), and MR-1 (Return of appointment of MD/WTD/Manager) and LLP Forms, Form 2 (Incorporation document and subscriber’s statement), Form 2A (Details in respect of designated partners and partners of Limited Liability Partnership), Form 3 (Information with regard to limited liability partnership agreement and changes, if any, made therein), Form 4 (Notice of appointment, cessation, change in name/ address/designation of a designated partner or partner. and consent to become a partner/designated partner), Form 4A (Notice of appointment, cessation, change in particulars of a partners) and Form 11 (Annual Return of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) are revised. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.

CSBF CULTURAL EVENING

The Institute has set up the Company Secretaries Benevolent Fund (CSBF) with an objective of extending financial assistance to its members and their families and their families in times of distress. With a view to achieve the righteous objective, spread the awareness and to undertake Membership Campaign and to celebrate the 45th Foundation Day of NIRC of ICSI, the NIRC is organizing a Cultural Evening on Sunday,the 31st of July, 2016 from 6.00 P.M. onwards at Air Force Auditorium,Subroto Park, New Delhi. You & your families are cordially invited to join to watch, mesmerizing performance by SAM Workshop. Fee : Rs. 600/- Per head, Free for Corporate Members of NIRC (Self), Free for members who intend to get themselves enrolled as members of the CSBF at the venue. Members are also requested to contribute to CSBF voluntarily for the benefit of the fraternity at large. Online Registration Available.
